World Class Conditioning – That’s Actually Fun

RMAX Faculty Coach Brandon Jones is the B.A. Baracus of CST (unfortunately without the gold chains). He’s big. He’s bad. And he most certainly pities the fool.

He especially pities the fool who signs up for ‘cardio’ boxing from unqualified instructors. Though it’s crazy fun and a solid way to burn calories and build stamina, it can lead to injury when done poorly. Fortunately, for us all, Brandon says it’s just as easy to teach good mechanics as it is to teach poor mechanics. BlackJack 21 is all about grooving good mechanics while getting an awesome workout.

Cardio just got a lot less wussy.

We’ve been using parts of this program in the studio for a couple of weeks now, and it’s ridiculously fun and effective at challenging your endurance. During our first trial run with BlackJack we noticed several things:

  • Hitting things is a lot of fun.
  • Hitting things hard (which you can do easily if your technique is solid) is even more fun.
  • Hitting things may cause shortness of breath.
  • Hitting things can be a hell of a workout.

So here’s the part where we tell you to go buy it. Yes. Really, you should.

We’ve been watching this program in development for months now, and the final product has really surpassed our expectations by far. There are 63 training days worth of programs detailed in 21 videos (almost three hours worth) and a complete manual. All of this comes as an instant download.

We were so impressed that we decided to give Brandon the entire Cricket Flow and abridged Course Manual from the Prasara Primer, which he’ll be including for everyone who purchases BlackJack 21 by the end of this week. All together, the combination of Brandon’s “Mitt Con” workouts along with Cricket make for an awesome duo of metabolic and mobility training that’s very difficult to beat. Order fast, and you’ll also get bonus videos about solo training and other good stuff you don’t want to miss out on.

Yes, we’re a little biased – Brandon is a friend, but this program is just unbelievably cool (and we can’t say enough about how much fun it is). If you don’t already have the stamina you want, get it now.

Hmmm… thinking about it, hitting stuff IS really fun. I’m gonna try the free workout first and see what it’s like.

I just bought the workout and had a quick preview. It is fun and comprehensive for anyone interesting in boxing or boxing beginner. Even the bonuses are worth of its price.
But there is no kicking in the workout, and it would be more interesting full body workout with it.

This really is a great program. And true there is no kicking. It’s boxing after all. Not kick boxing. ;)

Tonight Atsuko and I went through a couple of rounds of BlackJack. I think she’s hooked. :)
