Get Lean 6 DOF

You should have already received an email containing a link to your FREE Get Lean 6 Degrees of Freedom Workout video. If it hasn’t arrived yet, just wait a few minutes, and it’ll probably get there soon. This is a great program (if I do say so myself) that my clients have been using successfully for over a year now to firm up their bodies so they feel and look better. You’ll definitely get great results too, but only if you use it!

Please don’t make the mistake of simply watching this video and then saving it somewhere on your hard drive. Leave it where you can see it. Write notes on your calendar to actually do the program – even if it’s just once a week. I really believe in this program, and making it free doesn’t mean it’s worthless. Far from it. If you need some convincing, here are just a few reasons why this workout needs to be a part of your regular routine:

  • Total Portability – Requires no equipment (OK, you’ll need a clock or a timer… and probably a towel). Save it to your iPod and take it with you when you travel.
  • Short Time Commitment – Less than 30 minutes start to finish, including a couple of extra minutes to cry when it’s over.
  • Three Levels of Each Exercise – Work each exercise at the level that’s challenging, yet not impossible, for you. Some days you might make it tougher; others, not so tough. It’s up to you.
  • 6DOF Movements – Moving your body in every possible direction makes the Get Lean program super efficient at burning fat – it’s also fun.
