Cricket Flow from the Prasara Primer series is a great flow for progressing in to the crow pose. But sometimes just working on the flow itself is not enough.
Here is CST Atsuko Okada working on supplemental movements in order to strengthen her crow pose and prepare for one leg crane pose. She is really putting a lot of hard work into her Prasara practice recently and doing a great job.
