		<description>That&#039;s a really good question.  Yes, holds are very common.  But because this is taught from a CST perspective we focus on Selective Tension, Incremental Progression and of course proper breathing.  In other words, as long as you are gradually working up to the movements/holds and breathing properly I foresee no problems.  Of course, I would always get the OK from your Dr. before doing the workout, Doc.  ;)</description>

That sometimes causes issues for folks with elevated blood pressure.

How much of a &quot;beginner&quot; can one be and start this program?</description>
