<p>Move Fit Camp will be held in the mountains near Kyoto Shugakuin.  Check in is from 10AM at Kansai Seminar House. <a href="http://en.cstjapan.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/map.pdf" >Download this pdf map for detailed info</a>.  It is a short walk from the bus stop at Shugakuin Bus Stop.</p>
<p><em><strong>We have reserved a limited number of hotel rooms in the camp at a discounted price</strong></em> so please contact us if you need a room.  As well, feel free to bring your tent to camp out.  However, be aware!  Rain or shine we will be out there exercising!</p>
<p>Please bring proper workout attire.  We will be exercising outside so you will need shoes.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cricket Flow from the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://prasaraprimer.com/" >Prasara Primer series</a> is a great flow for progressing in to the crow pose.  But sometimes just working on the flow itself  is not enough.</p>
