I'm pretty darn lucky to have some great people helping me out. Last Saturday CST Kathy Lucas taught a FlowFit class with some variations that I've been working with her on. She's a great teacher and brings an incredible energy to every class. If you have the chance to work with her I HIGHLY recommend it.
